Pro – provides access to advanced indicators and analytical tools.
Pro + Education – provides full access to all indicators and educational content, including video courses and learning materials.
4.2 Subscription Setup
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
By subscribing, you authorize Coinwise to charge the applicable fees through Stripe.
Access to subscription content is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
Coinwise reserves the right to verify user information before granting subscription access.
4.3 Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
Coinwise does not store user’s credit card information.
Available payment methods and currencies are listed on the Stripe website.
Users are responsible for any taxes, fees, or bank charges associated with payments.
4.4 Refunds and Cancellation
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time via account settings.
After cancellation, subscription access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
No refunds or credits are provided for unused subscription time.
4.5 Changes to Subscription Terms
Coinwise reserves the right to modify subscription fees, features, or terms at any time.

New terms or pricing take effect only after the current paid subscription period ends.
4.6 Access Restrictions

The platform is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of users’ actions, including cryptocurrency trading, investment decisions, or use of analytical tools.
6.3 Limitation of Legal Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coinwise and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its content.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability arises from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

7. Prohibited Actions

Users remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

All content available on Coinwise, including but not limited to videos, articles, courses, indicators, images, designs, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Coinwise or its licensors.
Users do not acquire any ownership rights to the content by accessing or using the platform.

13. Notifications
13.1 Purpose of Notifications
The platform may send users notifications regarding important matters, including but not limited to: changes to these Terms, updates to subscription plans, promotional offers, technical maintenance, security alerts, and other service-related communications.
13.2 Delivery Methods
All notifications will be sent to the email address provided by the user during registration or through the platform’s internal interface.
The user acknowledges and agrees that such notifications are deemed properly delivered and legally effective once sent to the provided contact.
13.3 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that their email address and contact information remain accurate and up to date.
The platform is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to outdated or incorrect contact details provided by the user.
13.4 Legal Effect

14. Force Majeure

15. Service Termination

15.2 Effect on Active Subscriptions
If the service is permanently discontinued, the platform may, at its discretion provide continued access to the service until the end of the already paid subscription period, after which access will be terminated. The specific method of handling active subscriptions will be communicated to users together with the termination notice.
15.3 No Further Liability
After the effective date of service termination and fulfillment of obligations described in 15.2, the platform shall bear no further liability or obligations to users.
